Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges on any items. Please ensure you select the correct size/colour/item before completing your purchase.
Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only granted if an item arrives damaged. We do not offer refunds for ‘change of mind’ or ‘sale’ items.
Reporting Damage: If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 6 hours of delivery.
Proof Required: To process a refund for a damaged item, you must provide:
Clear photos of the damaged packaging (before opening, if possible).
Clear photos of the damaged item.
Your order number and proof of purchase.
Refund Process: Once your proof of damage is inspected and approved, we will contact you shortly via email for further banking details for the refund.
